IPA Adriatic-Ionian Sea

Objective:

Strengthening transnational cooperation between regions belonging to ten countries of the Adriatic and Ionian area (San Marino, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Greece, Albania, Italy and Montenegro). Because it involves two pre-EU accession countries, the program is co-financed by IPA funds.

Transnational cooperation, also known as Interreg B, promotes cooperation on large transnational territories characterized by common challenges, or around sea basins.

Eligible Italian territories:

Lombardy, Abruzzo, Molise, Apulia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, Bolzano, Trento, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Umbria, Marche.
