Objective:

Strengthening transnational cooperation between regions of Europe belonging to fourteen countries (Greece, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Portugal, Slovenia, France, Spain, Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus) bordering the Mediterranean basin.

Transnational cooperation, also known as Interreg B, promotes cooperation on large transnational territories characterized by common challenges, or around sea basins.

Eligible Italian territories:

Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Lombardy, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Apulia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio.
